I am no longer a practicing Doula. I would still love to take on a few Lactation Clients and of course will offer my services at a huge discount. I am a stay-at-home mom to 4 kids Skylar (17) Andrew (16) Aaron (11) Lessley (8) I have been married to Doug for 17 years :) We moved to Alaska back in 1996 when Doug was medically retired from the Navy. We both spent a few years in the Navy, 2 for me and 6 for Doug. We moved up here with everything we owned in the back of a Uhaul. We landed in Delta Junction with $150 and 2 kids. We managed to start over and make a go of things. After 8 years in Delta we moved to Fairbanks following work of course. After 3 years there, my Husbands job took us to the Bay Area of California. We managed to last 10 months there before the stress of work and "city" living did us in. We moved back to Alaska in the summer of 2008 and wound up in Anchorage. I am a Certified Lactation Counselor. I do a lot of work via the Internet and Phone but home visits are my first love. It's a lot easier to help mom and baby when I can actually see what's going on. call 444-9377
